Blanched and blistered fried Peanuts, locally produced in North Carolina
These large peanuts are grown on the boarders of Virginia and North Carolina. They are water blanched and then blistered fried in peanut oil to achieve that fresh crackly crunchy texture. We add salt and vacuum pack for freshness.
